Construction at Dallington Street involved creating a new build whilst retaining part of the existing front facade. Bought with an original consent for nine residential apartments and three live/work over the ground and three upper floors, an improved consent was negotiated for fourteen residential apartments and two commercial units over the basement, ground and upper four floors.
