L`Ecole is a Victorian former college building situated on the fringe of Islington, close to the new Highbury project and the Arsenal Emirates Stadium. The existing building was refurbished to provide 21 duplex and three penthouse apartments, including private terraces on the third floor. The new build element is contained within a "U-shaped" block and provides 25 apartments. In total, the scheme provides 83 apartments in three buildings, with 51 private units, 31 affordable apartments, one live/work unit and 15 underground parking bays.
